In a world that glorifies hustle and celebrates being busy, taking a moment to pause can feel revolutionary, rebellious, and sometimes impossible.

We are excited to invite you to a very special collaboration ~ Her Little Love Project and Red Circle Shadow are joining to bring you “The Art of Slowing Down.” A restorative, grounding workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself, give you space to breathe, and embrace the beauty of a slower pace.

Description: Through guided reflections, simple mindfulness practices, and interactive discussions, this workshop will explore how intentional slowing down can enhance your creativity, connectedness, and fulfillment. You will learn the meditative art of hand embroidery—a tactile, mindful activity that encourages patience, presence, and calm.

Date & Time: Friday, June 13th from 9:30am - 12:30 pm - SOLD OUT

Saturday, June 21 9am-12pm - *3 seats available

Location: Jeanne’s home in Sammamish

RSVP: Email and venmo Jeanne-Hansen-3 to reserve your spot.

Cost: $98. Included in the cost, you will take home the following supplies to continue your embroidery practice: Embroidery hoop, needle, embroidery floss, pattern, practice fabric, and a tote bag (embroidered by you!)

Come as you are—no experience with mindfulness or embroidery needed. Bring yourself, an open mind, and the willingness to slow down. We can’t wait to bring this to life with you all. Reach out with questions.

To a moment of slow,

Jeanne + Courtney

“It was pure magic. It’s wasn’t just a workshop, it was a life experience and filled with such tender moments. Such a gift you both have, and I’m so thankful you want to share it with us!” - Megan Riley
