A coloring party is a gathering focused on connection and meaningful conversation. We gather to color, talk, and connect over the theme of the party.

Coloring is good for us, because it:

- Reduces stress and anxiety – Repetitive, gentle motion helps calm the nervous system

- Encourages mindfulness – Coloring brings attention to the present moment through color, shape, and sensation.

Boosts creativity and mood – Playing with color stimulates imagination and can create a sense of joy and accomplishment
